Mentoring the BridgeUP Allerton passion project

BridgeUP is an out-of-school program based out of the New York Public Library, founded to give academic and social support to New York City youth. Aruliden mentored the students of the Allerton branch in the Bronx throughout their passion project: Rebranding BridgeUP and creating a website for the program. We taught them about branding, graphic design, and the user experience to guide them through the process we go through every day. The students created a logo and a website that expresses what BridgeUP is all about - Providing an escape and dependable support system for students.

On June 18th the five students presented their website to the NYPL team and blew them away with their research and final design work. We are so proud of what they have accomplished.
