Dos Toros was conceived by the San Francisco natives, and brothers, Leo and Oliver Kremer, who arrived in New York City disappointed by the lacking taqueria options. Driven by the mission to deliver to New York natives the same fresh, local, sustainable and quality taqueria experience found on the West Coast, the first location opened in Manhattan’s East Village.
