We designed a visual brand language for Goody’s entire hairbrush lineup—evolving their products from disjointed to visually cohesive and consistently functional.
Through user testing, we found that people were using their brushes in more places than just the handle. To solve for that, we designed a function icon that is consistent across all SKUs and provides a real flexibility for the user.
In executing our VBL across 90 SKUs, we had to translate the language to all of Goody’s Hair Brush offering.
The language was translated to oval brushes, square brushes, styling brushes, and round brushes to name a few.
