Compass— From sign to signal, a new icon for real estate
The Brief
Compass, a technology company reinventing the real estate experience, came to Aruliden to reimagine real estate signage. The result was a battery powered portal into a home. It is a recognizable beacon from afar and delivers a distinctive brand experience for Compass agents and clients.
A central design challenge was to incorporate tech in a way that can provide useful data, for the potential buyers and Compass, in a solution that is super modular for the needs of realtors and specific locations. Infusing signage with valuable technology expands their understanding of user behavior and provides actionable data.
